Top 12 Inspirational Podcasts for Yogis

I know a lot of us walked into this quarantine thinking how wonderful it was going to be to have all the time to do all the things we’ve been putting off. I was one of them. 

But the reality has been so different for many of us.

I thought this month would be a great time to share inspiration and hope alongside lessons and necessary transformations, so I decided to dig in and share my favorite inspirational podcasts about yoga, meditation, and spiritual growth.

The following are (in my opinion) the best yoga-based podcasts for students, teachers, and business owners this year:

 

Practice You  with Elena Brower

Why I love it: I love the vibrant array of juicy topics! I could close my eyes and click on any one of them, listen the whole way through, and learn so much.

Why I love it: This podcast is perfect for long days in rainy season here, when you have time but you don’t want to watch a movie. I love how intentional it is.

Tara Brach Podcast

Why I love it: I could listen to Tara speak for hours. Her stories are so vivid, engaging, deeply moving, and I even get a few laughs in there too.

Why I love it: Her easy to listen to voice and natural interview skills make this podcast a relaxing but engaging listen.

Why I love it: Rachel is known for her loud opinions, personality, and deep connection with her followers. Every bit of who she is oozes out of the podcast, so fun to listen to.
