   After hours of searching and testing on-Line Yoga classes I found Dagmar at last! Her teaching is easy to follow and great for all levels. Perfect for travel or times when you can’t make it to a live class.

   To me Dagmar’s secret is in her lovely voice that carries a meditative quality that adds to the practice. Add a dreamy location, great direction, solid moves, wonderful rhythm and ocean waves to lull you to another state while in Shavasanaaaa!

   I highly recommend Dagmar’s videos, I have three and look forward to my next download.
