Discover The Magic Of Yin Yoga
I have been practicing vinyasa flow for 20 years now and teaching for 13….while I still enjoy this practice so much for its graceful flow with the meditative breath, I have lately discovered a new passion: Yin Yoga. I completed a training with Indira Kate Kalmbach and am very excited to not only practice but also share it with you in my retreats and regular classes.
We usually practice a more dynamic, so called yang style of yoga, and most of our life off the mat is actually also very yang. It’s very muscular and active, creates strength and stability, which we all benefit from greatly. Read More →
5 Reasons To Love Ibiza
1. Bohemian Chic & Lifestyle
Ibiza is the smaller mediterannean island and has a more feminine and laid back vibe than its sister island Mallorca. You find the party crowds and famous dance clubs in the south west of Ibiza and the more bohemian towns and villages in the north and east of the island. if you drive from the most northern part to the southern tip you still only need about 45 min, so the beauty of this island is that you can see all of it in a relatively short time. Wherever you visit you will still enjoy the bohemian touch that Ibiza became so famous for, as it was discovered by the Hippies. Read More →
C O M I N G H O M E….
I love to travel……I feel lucky that I get to travel for my work and sometimes I am being asked: „…But where is your home? Don’t you feel up-rooted if you are always on the road?“ My honest answer is no……I am excited and inspired to find a sense of home wherever I go….I love seeing my friends places and how they live and love that I get to share a bit of their lifestyle…..

Hooray for being selfish today! But let’s take a closer look at “selfish” first….
We have all somehow been conditioned by our families and society that taking care of our own wellbeing or putting ourselves first is SELFISH and that we should care about everybody else first. Then we spend years unraveling all these beliefs and conditioning, peeling away layers of self-doubt and questioning, to realize that there is indeed a very healthy way of being selfish, and that in the end only when YOUR cup is full you will be able to give your love back to others.

A warm welcome
Welcome to my new site. I like to share with you all things that inspire me…..from yoga to delicious food to thoughts to music and other little gems I find inspiring….
If you don’t know what Kula means it refers to a clan or tribe, a community of likeminded people. In my experience and in the philosophy of yoga this is one of the most important tools for transformation.
Think about it, what would we be without our tribe, our friends and family, the people that support us to be who we want to be, that remind us of our strength when we feel weak, the people who inspire us and lift us up, or simply hold space for us when we need it?
