"You know yoga would help.
You just never seem to get there."

This is for you

If any of this feels familiar, you're in exactly the right place:

  • You wake up already behind — the day begins with everyone else's needs, and by the time there's a quiet moment, the energy is gone.
  • You've tried to build a practice before and watched it fall away. Starting over again feels like confirming something you'd rather not.
  • Your body is changing in ways that feel unfamiliar, and you want something that actually meets you where you are.
  • Somewhere in the middle of everything — midlife, midcareer, mid-transition — you've started to wonder when it becomes your turn.
  • There's a version of you that begins the day grounded and clear, before the world arrives at your door. You just haven't found your way back to her yet.

The Midlife Morning Reset is the path back.
Five mornings. Fifteen minutes. Yours.

Five mornings. One practice each day.

This is not a fitness programme. It is a return journey — five short, carefully designed practices, done from home before the day begins. Nothing you don't already have. No experience assumed.

Each morning 15 min

Short enough to fit into any day — deep enough to shift your entire state of being.

Experience needed None

For complete beginners and for experienced practitioners returning after a break. Every practice includes modifications.

Access

Yours to keep. Return to this week whenever life pulls you far from yourself.

The five practices are sequenced with intention, each building on the one before — moving you through grounding, expansion, strength, tenderness, and celebration. The journey is as much an emotional one as a physical one.

By the end of the week, you'll have done something most people never do: five mornings, for yourself, before anyone else had a claim on your time. That is worth more than it sounds.

The week

Five days, five themes.

Each practice has a name, a purpose, and a feeling. Here is your week.

Day One

Grounding

Turning inward. Feeling the earth beneath you. Arriving in your body before the day begins — standing postures and grounding asana to reconnect with physical presence.

Day Two

Expand

Creating space where compression has lived. Side body extensions and lateral opening to cultivate a felt sense of possibility and aliveness.

Day Three

Core

Returning to your own centre — not your stomach, your self. Grounding strength and gentle core work to reclaim your inner power and identity.

Day Four

Heart Opening

Softening into compassion for yourself. Gentle heart openers, because tending to your own heart is not selfishness. It is the source.

Day Five

Celebration

Honouring what you've built this week. A flowing integration of all five days — movement that celebrates not just what your body did, but what you chose.

Every practice ends with a short meditation and a moment to thank yourself for showing up. For women who spend their days thanking everyone else, this alone is quietly transformative.

A note from Dagmar

I know what it feels like to run on empty while still showing up for everyone else. After more than 25 years of teaching yoga — first in Costa Rica, now rooted in Mallorca — what I hear most from women is not "I don't want to practice." It's "I don't have time" — and underneath that, almost always, "I don't feel like I deserve to take the time."

I created the Midlife Morning Reset for the woman who is ready to stop putting herself last, but needs a doorway small enough to actually walk through. Not a 90-minute class. Not a 30-day challenge. Just fifteen minutes, before anyone needs anything from you, for five days.

What I've seen, again and again, is that the practice doesn't need to be long to be transformative. What matters is that it happens — that you show up for yourself, even briefly, even imperfectly. The consistency is the medicine. The fifteen minutes is enough.

This week is yours. I'll be with you every morning.

Dagmar · 25+ Years · Founder, Spark Your Life

By day five, something real has shifted.

You start the day before the day starts you.

Instead of waking up already behind, you have fifteen minutes that are entirely yours. That shift changes everything that follows.

Your nervous system has a daily reset.

Grounding, movement, and breath help regulate the nervous system — you begin to feel calmer, steadier, less reactive.

You reconnect with your own strength.

Not the performance kind. The quiet, inner kind that comes from returning to your centre each morning.

Your body feels more like home.

Daily attention begins to dissolve the sense of a body that has felt unfamiliar. You start to feel yourself again.

You have proof you can show up for yourself.

Five days creates something more valuable than any pose: evidence that you keep promises to yourself.

Before you begin

Do I need any yoga experience?

None at all. The Midlife Morning Reset is designed for complete beginners and for experienced practitioners returning after a break. Every practice includes modifications so you can always work with your body exactly as it is today.

Is this suitable for women going through menopause or perimenopause?

Yes. This practice is designed with the midlife female body in mind — the gentle movement, breath, and pacing are all deeply supportive through hormonal transitions.

What if I miss a day?

You pick up where you left off. There's no streak to protect here. Many women move through the five days over a week or more, and the experience is just as meaningful. Coming back is its own practice.

Do I need any equipment?

Just a yoga mat and a quiet corner. A cushion or folded blanket is useful for the gentler practices, but nothing special is required.

How long do I have access?

Forever. Once you purchase, the practices are yours to keep and return to whenever life pulls you far from yourself.

In their words

What women say about practising with me

"I always feel calmer and more centered after even a short practice. One question has stuck with me: how are you showing up for yourself? Autopilot doesn't work anymore — my body and mind need a little more intention at this stage."
Emily B.
"It's incredible to realise the difference that short practices each day can make, even when you're short on time. Dagmar is an amazing teacher and guide."
Frances S.
"These short practices are full of Dagmar's unique wisdom and compassionate attitude — a precious reminder of how nourishing it can be to find even a little moment each day to pause and take care of ourselves."
Elli S.
